Important: Any shipping damage must be reported to Watchshopin.com within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise it is ineligible for any insurance or refund claims.

Return and Refund
1.Items purchased on our website can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving. We will process your request ASAP. Any products must be intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded for non-defective products.
2.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery of your order. *The return shipping cost of the product needs to be paid by the consumer.
3.If a customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request a return for a refund, the customer should inform this request of return to watchshopin.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. Customers have one week to return the item after the date when the return request has been approved by watchshopin.com.
4. Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to process. Once approved, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.
*NOTE: Watchshopin.com will NOT accept any returns that are not approved or if the customer does not return the item on time.
The following rules apply:
-Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
-Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
-Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
-All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by contacting us.
-There are a few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
-Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
-If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees...
Return & Exchanges
- You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, If 15 days have gone by since you have accepted the package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- Shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
